The West Car Park, located on the west side of the HZMB Macao Frontier Post, is open to the public from 15:00 on October 23, 2018. It consists of the 1st basement, ground floor and 1st to 5th floors. Both the entrance and exit of the West Car Park are located in the street on the west side of the HZMB Macao Frontier Post. There are 5,143 parking spaces open to the public, including 3,089 spaces for light vehicles and 2,054 spaces for heavy and light motorcycles. The number of parking spaces for each type of vehicles specified in the preceding paragraph may be changed by the Transport Bureau according to the actual needs of public interests.

Precautions

1. Drivers using the West Car Park shall obtain the ordinary ticket for entry from the automatic device at the entrance thereof.
2. Drivers should leave the car park within 15 minutes after paying the fees for using the West Car Park at the charge place. Those who exceed the time limit shall pay extra parking fee accordingly.
3. The loss or destruction of the ordinary ticket is subject to a maximum charge equivalent to 24 hours of parking, and without prejudice to the payment of fine.
4. The following vehicles are prohibited from being parked at the West Car Park:
   

   4.1		Vehicles with a capacity of more than 9 seats, including the driver's seat;
   4.2		Vehicles with a gross weight exceeding 3.5 tones;
   4.3		Vehicles with a height of more than 2 meters;
   4.4		Vehicles which, by the type of cargo they carry, may endanger the safety of the car park and any user or vehicle parked therein, in particular those carrying toxic, unhealthy or flammable products;
   4.5		Vehicles that produce exhaust gas above the legally established limit.

5. When tropical cyclone signal No. 8 or above, and level 3/orange or above storm surge warning is issued, the basement first floor of the West Car Park will be closed from the next ninety minutes; but during the closure period, vehicle users who have parked on that floor can still drive the vehicles away from that floor.
6. Ninety minutes before the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal No. 8 or above, and until all tropical cyclone signals are cancelled, light vehicles are not required to pay the fees specified in the above-mentioned fee table.

Applicable laws

The applicable laws include the Public Parking Service Regulation, approved by the Administrative Regulation No. 35/2003 Public Parking Service, the Regulation on the Use and Operation of the West Car Park of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Frontier Post, approved by the Chief Executive's Order No. 563/2017, and other regulations.
