According to the design of the main works of the HZMB, the maximum traffic speed is 100 km/h. Due to the difference in traffic regulations between Hong Kong, Macao and Chinese mainland, the right-side traffic regulation of Chinese mainland is applied. Upon arrival at Hong Kong Port or Macao Port, vehicles will shift to the left-side drive mode.
